I. Main Equipment of the Limestone Production Line
l Vibrating feeder
Function: Feed limestone raw materials into the primary crusher evenly and continuously to avoid blockage.
Features: Adjustable feeding amount, wear-resistant lining design.
l Jaw crusher (coarse crushing)
Function: Crushing large limestone (≤1200mm) into medium particle size (about 100-300mm).
Advantages: Simple structure, strong processing capacity, suitable for high hardness materials.
l Impact crusher/cone crusher (medium and fine crushing)
Impact crusher: suitable for medium and low hardness limestone, good finished product particle shape, slightly higher powder content.
Cone crusher: suitable for high hardness or high output requirements, strong wear resistance, low energy consumption.
Discharge particle size: usually adjusted to 20-50mm.
l Vibrating screen
Function: Screen the crushed materials, qualified particle size enters the next stage, and oversize particle size returns to the crusher (closed loop).
Configuration: Multi-layer screen, graded as needed (such as 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, etc.).
l Belt conveyor
Function: Connect various equipment to realize automatic material transmission.
l Dust removal system
Function: Reduce dust pollution during the crushing process and meet environmental protection requirements (such as pulse bag dust collector).
2. Typical process flow of limestone production line
l Feeding stage
The limestone raw material is fed into the vibrating feeder to remove impurities such as soil.
l Coarse crushing stage
The jaw crusher performs the first crushing, and the discharge particle size is ≤300mm.
l Medium and fine crushing stage
The impact crusher or cone crusher performs secondary crushing, and the discharge particle size is adjustable (such as ≤30mm).
l Screening stage
The vibrating screen is used for classification, and qualified materials enter the finished product pile, while unqualified materials return to the crusher.
l Finished product storage
Finished products of different specifications are stored or loaded separately through conveyors.
