Overall Properties

The ZPC series hammer crusher combines the characteristic of traditional single-stage hammer crusher and impact crusher, achieving multi-usage. It can be used not only for the first stage crushing, but also the second stage crushing (back) to achieve once molding (single stage crushing), reducing the investment cost by 30 to 40% at the same time.

The single hammer of ZPC series hammer crusher is of large weight. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing cavity. Even the large block with 700-1200mm can be broken into small pieces and particles in short time, which makes the effects of crushing large stone into small ones achieved easily. The ZPC series hammer crusher can be equipped with double motors, making it convenient to switch between the low voltage motor and the high voltage one according to requirement.
