The SEMI-MOBILE ROCK CRUSHING STATION for soft rock processing designed and manufactured by DSMAC Group was successfully put into operation at a project site in a Pacific island country. The project mainly processes the local special limestone to produce high-quality aggregates of different specifications and excellent shapes which can be used in the construction of local public utilities and infrastructure projects.
 

This semi-mobile rock crushing station is of capacity of 220-280 tons per hour, and required maximum feed size of smaller than 400mm. The project adopts crushing + screening solution, using a semi-mobile impact crushing plant matched with a same series vibrating screening station to meet the production needs. The raw material limestone is put into the impact crusher from the vibrating feeder inlet, and the finished aggregate is conveyed to the screening station for class separation. Finally, the aggregate products can be divided into five sizes including 0-5mm, 5-9.5mm, 9.5-19.05mm, 19.05-25.4mm and 19.05-38mm.
 

Compared with the traditional crushing plant, the semi-mobile rock crushing station features the high integration and high mobility, easily being transported to the place where the raw material is located, saving the cost of raw materials transportation, also reducing the impact on the environment during the transportation. Secondly, the mobile equipment does not require preliminary civil construction, which can greatly save labor and factory building costs. In addition, the mobile design is easy to be installed and maintained, asking for short preparation time. In short, the semi-mobile rock crushing station has many significant advantages compared with fixed production line.
