The STATIONARY SAND PRODUCTION LINE manufactured by DSMAC was installed and put into production in Vietnam recently. According to the feedback, its performance and the production efficiency are satisfying, and the grain size of the finished product meet the requirements of the customers.
 

This stationary sand production line is of capacity 200 tons per hour, and the raw material is river pebbles. The production line adopts wet sand making process, and the main equipment includes jaw crusher, vertical shaft sand making machine, bucket sand washing machine and fine sand recovery device. The river pebbles will be roughly crushed by the jaw crusher to become smaller size aggregates, and then enter the sand making machine. After fine crushing and shaping, the gravel will become the finished mechanism sand with excellent particle size. Finally, the sand will be washed by bucket sand washer and the second cleaning, dewatering and grading of fine sand recycling device, the clean mechanism fine sand is finally obtained.
 

The stationary sand production line is suitable for customers with large space and higher output requirements. The participation of sand washing and recycling device can greatly reduce the loss rate of finished sand and improve finished sand quality. The JC jaw crusher is characterized by large crushing ratio and high working efficiency, which is suitable for coarse crushing of all kinds of high-hardness materials. The PCX vertical shaft sand maker adopts the crushing principle of “rock-on-rock”, and it is suitable for fine crushing and coarse grinding of all kinds of extra-hard, medium-hard and corrosive materials.
